Common questions
Do you set up the card for my shop?
Yes, shop-link setup is included with the configured-card service. We confirm the correct review link with you. Blank-card wholesale is separate: those cards are supplied unconfigured for you to set up.
How long does it take?
Supplier to PH import takes 15–27 business days. Domestic delivery takes additional time. We confirm supplier processing, when the estimate starts and your delivery arrangement before payment.
How do payment and delivery work?
Orders are prepaid, with no cash on delivery. We confirm the package, final total, payment instructions and delivery arrangement before payment. GCash, Maya, bank transfer and crypto are available through the existing order process. Local courier options include LBC and J&T, subject to your location.
Will it work with my customers’ phones?
The phone needs compatible NFC reading support and internet access to open the review page. Some Android devices need NFC switched on. Device compatibility varies; ask us if you’re unsure about a particular phone.
Do you need my Google account password?
No. We need your shop’s public review link to configure the card. Don’t send your Google password or verification codes.
Does the card guarantee more or better reviews?
The card makes your review page easier to access. Customers decide whether to leave a review and what to write. Reviews should reflect real experiences, without rewards or pressure.
